    Depending on demand some sizes may not always be in stock. You have the option to select a size (based on a standard sizing guide). Please remember sizes vary from individual to individual and if in doubt, chose a size larger. You will be advised if your selected size is available, when you place your order. Baboig does not advise on individual sizing, should your order show incorrect sizing, Baboig may exchange you item(s), however additional charges apply. (see returns protocols)

    Defective Product

    In order to meet our product standards, Baboig fashion wear and other products are subjected to Baboig Q.A procedures prior to marketing. Should a purchaser feel their purchased item(s) is defective, it will be replaced at Baboig discretion, providing, Baboig returns policy are followed.

  • Returns & Refund

    Returns Policy

        1) Contact Baboig advising the nature of complaint within 14 days from date of tax invoice dispatched with your top, by email, fax, or in writing stating nature of compliant, contact details as above.
        2) Baboig will confirm receipt of your correspondence within five working days’. Do not send your item(s) back until we tell you to do so.
        3) Should Baboig request you to return your purchased item(s), please return it to PO Box above.
        4) Proof of purchase. All consignments include a packing slip/tax invoice, this must be returned with your claim. Failure to do this will invalidate any claim.
        5) All products must be returned in good order and condition with tags attached, AS NEW, suitable for resale

    Refund Policy:

        1) Refunds do not include the costs of postage and packing.
        2) If Baboig is shown to be at fault we will ether supply you an identical item (if we have one in stock) or refund the purchase price of your item(s). In these cases Baboig will refund the cost of your postage when returning the defective product back to us.
        3) If Baboig is not at fault we may take your item(s) back into stock; in this event a restocking charge applies, plus a packing and postage charge should an exchange be sent out to you. This is subject to your returned item(s) meeting Baboig returns policy.

    *Postage also means postage paid by Baboig in the various offers available.

    • At the moment we deliver only within Australia. If you live overseas and would like to make a purchase simply contact us.

  • Special offers, discounts or other offers

    Goods purchased under these circumstances are not refundable and may not be exchanged. Baboig reserves the right to cancel any special offer, customers who have ordered prior to such a cancellation, will not be affected.
